6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
THEVO2BRAND is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging materials. If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us at thevo2brand@gmail.com within 3 days to initiate a carrier investigation.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
